Before earning certification, our inspectors completed intensive training through InterNACHI® School—the only nationally accredited home inspector college. Their coursework covered all major systems inside and outside the home, including the foundation, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

This coverage applies to incidents where the property is not recovered, restituted, or insured, similar to Pre-Purchase Home Inspection and Professional House Inspection services.
If necessary, any action against InterNACHI® regarding this Honor Guarantee will be exclusively handled in the District Court of Boulder County, Colorado. Buy-Back Guarantee Is Included
With every certified home inspection provided by Maple Home Inspections, LLC, we include an InterNACHI® Buy-Back Guarantee for added peace of mind. If the home inspectors overlook a covered item, InterNACHI® - the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors - will step in and purchase the home. The Guarantee remains valid for up to 90 days after closing.
